Session Fees Initial Assessment - Up to 90 minutes - £90
The initial assessment is a longer session where we have time to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue after this session. During the initial assessment, we gather information about your personal history, family dynamics, and what has brought you to therapy. We also focus on identifying your needs, understanding your goals, and carrying out a risk assessment. This helps us both understand your situation and decide whether working together is the right fit. Ongoing Therapy Session - 50 minutes - £70
Regular sessions are held weekly at a consistent time. Sessions are online via a secure video platform. Free Introductory Call
Before booking an assessment, I offer a short, free introductory call. This gives you a chance to ask questions and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit - with no commitment. Low-Cost Spaces Low-cost therapy spaces may be available. If cost is a barrier to accessing therapy, please get in touch to discuss. I believe that financial circumstances should not prevent someone from getting the support they need. Payment Payment is made by bank transfer. Cancellation Policy At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur the full session fee. I understand that things come up, and I try to be flexible where I can - but the 48-hour notice helps me manage my diary and offer your slot to someone else if needed. What Is Included - A confidential, professional therapeutic space

  • Continuity - the same therapist, same time each week
  • Administrative support by email for scheduling and practical queries Therapy is an investment in yourself. I aim to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
